Given Ipad has bluetooth capability – if i’m not in a WiFi area can I use internet tethering between my Iphone and Ipad to connect it to the internet?

I can’t wait to I obtain the Apple iPad Wifi, it will add up to my collection of Apple products. At least that is how I call it, a Gadget! I, for myself , love apple above all other gadgets until now. It never gets stuck or get a virus (I never had any problems with it!). Any of you going to buy the iPad?
